Potential savings versus new parts, while maintaining warranty and performance.
Environment

At RENOVA MOTOR, S.L., we are aware that in pursuing our economic objectives, the company must consider the environmental impacts generated by its activity. We continuously seek to make our activity compatible and sustainable.

In all repairs and machining of components, spare parts and engines, current environmental regulations are strictly complied with. And we do not only limit ourselves to proper waste management by law: with the support and monitoring of ISO 14001, we involve all areas of the organization so that our company is sustainable and compatible with the environment and the social context.

Within our scope of work we carry out significant environmental activity: decontaminating used engines, reusing and re-machining structural components in good condition, and giving the engine a second life, avoiding waste-management processes, extraction and use of raw materials, and the pollution inherent in any manufacturing process of a new engine or equipment.

We reintroduce into the assembly chain structural parts and components, verified one by one and in perfect condition, which can mean significant savings of up to 70% compared to new parts—making us one of the most cost-effective options on the market under the same warranty and performance conditions as an OEM engine.

For all these reasons, we believe that purchasing a good or service from RENOVA MOTOR, S.L. also contributes to sustaining and caring for our environment.

Quality policy

At RENOVA MOTOR, S.L., we are aware that in pursuing economic objectives, the company must not seek profit exclusively, forgetting the delivery of quality service, the environmental impacts of its activity, compliance with Defense contract requirements, as well as occupational health and safety behavior.

To this end, Management establishes a Quality, Environment and PECAL Management System for the activities of: “Rebuild, repair and maintenance of engines, components, industrial vehicles, military vehicles and armored vehicles. Marketing of spare parts and components”.

It documents, implements and maintains said system and continuously improves its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, PECAL 2110 Ed 4 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015.

Improvement and awareness

We apply internal best practices and promote responsible environmental practices among suppliers and subcontractors.

Energy
Reduced electricity consumption compared to the previous year.
Suppliers
Communication of best practices and the environmental emergency plan.
Gas engines
Maintenance and repair of twelve gas (eco) engines.
Environmental communication

Electricity consumption continues to decrease compared to the previous year; best practices are applied to reduce it.

Regarding indirect aspects—where we can only influence and not control—we have sent letters to our main subcontractors and suppliers to inform them about carrying out environmental best practices to control their aspects and related impacts, and to make them aware of our environmental emergency plan so they can act sustainably in the event of an accident with environmental impact.

Maintenance and repair work has been performed on twelve gas (eco) engines.
